This role would suit someone who is a high achiever and who is well connected within the hospitality industry in Scotland.

Responsibility – Key Duties

  • Create and managing own sales pipeline
  • Build and run your own profitable temp desk
  • Generate new business/opportunities from clients via sales and business development
  • Screen candidates, interview, and match candidates to clients
  • Provide consultancy advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels and career opportunities
  • Resource databases and social media for suitable candidates.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Driving license required
