Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Hillington. Our client is a market leader in Scotland with strong relations in both the Greater UK and International Markets.

Joining this team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining existing relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of market trends within an Air Driven Engineering discipline to enhance our business development efforts, however sales experience within building services would be advantagous. Full support, training and knowledge is encouraged within the business and will be shared, to give you what you need to do this job well.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Full autonomy with no restrictions to exercise all business opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for persuasive presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results.

In Return

  • Annual Salary between £45,000 – £60,000 (experience driven)
  • Company Car – (Tesla or equivilent)
  • Bonus, available from day, expectation at 12 month + in the region of £25,000
  • Off site parking when in the office.
