No recruitment experience is required. There will be training, ongoing mentoring, and a clear pathway to becoming a successful recruitment consultant.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and identify top talent through various channels
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Negotiate offers and provide market insights
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Degree educated (all disciplines considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Resilient and motivated by success
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working in a professional environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, sport, or leadership roles is advantageous but not essential
