Branch Manager – West Midlands

Our client a National Agency that specialises in Transport and Logistics, providing staffing solutions across a network of Blue chip and SME businesses throughout the UK.

An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager who can demonstrate experience, within Driving Recruitment. This would ideally suit those who are currently managing a team, have commercial awareness and now looking to progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day to day running of a successful branch.

Liaising with Head of / Regional Operations Manager with relevant commercial reporting.

Support and mentor an established team of Recruitment Consultants.

Developing business relationships with both new and existing clients.

Full financial responsibility and autonomy to ensure objectives achieved.

Ensure that the branch meets all regulatory compliance and meets industry standards.

Support on call delivery when required.

P & L Responsibility.

Carry out on site meetings with clients and prospects.

What is expected of you:

Experience working within Logistics & Transport Recruitment Industry.

Has a thorough understanding of all financials.

Driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Full understanding of industry compliance.

Full UK Driving License.

Ability to support and mentor likeminded individuals to ensure that together the branch is successful.
