This role would suit a resourcer with at least 1 years’ experience or an associate consultant that wants to specialise in service and delivery.

Screening candidates to produce a varied skill set pipeline.
Carry out full compliance regulations.
Carrying out video conference and face to face interviews.
Matching candidate to appropriate role, whilst working across different sectors and skill sets.
Liaising with Consultants to ensure appropriate job match.
Previous experience working with candidates.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Fully proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship building with all candidates.
