National Sales Manager

New to the market, an opportunity to join an International Global Leader in recruitment services.

As a national Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new business sales within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). You will drives sales by exhibiting commercial leadership, developing new business opportunities and proactively ensuring closure of prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategy and execute ambitious plans which identify sales opportunities.

Initiate and pursue senior level stakeholder conversations.

Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Meet and deliver new business sales targets for BPO and Contact Centres.

Increase new individual business with annualised GP in excess of £150K.Liaise with Senior Operations team to create proposals for new business wins.

Develop sales campaigns, that will support and drive the business forward within Key Accounts.

Strategic Networking to identify stakeholders and develop relationships for future wins.

Implement added value concepts and services, focussing on high value solutions.
