Having spent over 20 great years in the industry working within both Agency and Managed Service businesses I was determined to use my experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry to make a difference to the candidate journey when finding them their next role.

I am personally committed to ensuring that all candidates are kept in regular contact throughout the process, so they are fully engaged in finding the right job.

I keep it simple by focusing on what is right for both my candidates and clients and take the time to meet face to face to get an in depth understanding of their needs.
