Recruiting Talent

was founded by myself Julie Murphy in 2018 as I truly believe that both Recruitment Professionals looking for their next role and Recruitment Agencies looking to recruit new talent deserve a more transparent and consultative service from their Rec to Rec partner.

Having spent over 20 great years in the industry working within both Agency and Managed Service businesses I was determined to use my experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry to make a difference to the candidate journey when finding them their next role.

I am personally committed to ensuring that all candidates are kept in regular contact throughout the process, so they are fully engaged in finding the right job.

I keep it simple by focusing on what is right for both my candidates and clients and take the time to meet face to face to get an in depth understanding of their needs.

All communication with clients and candidates will remain in absolute confidence.

Working within Recruitment for over 20 years I can honestly say that I am extremely passionate about the industry and the talent that works in it.

Outside of work I have a husband and two children who keep me on my toes and not forgetting our dog (cockapoo) called Layla.

I’ve worked within the recruitment industry for 18 years. I’m passionate about people and about providing a quality service to both client and candidate every time.

Outside of work I have an amazing 8 year old boy, so we are always on the go.

With a wealth of experience in both Recruitment and Sales, I love the excitement of bringing people together and creating those life changing opportunities and experiences.

Away from work I’m married to Paul, have a beautiful 8-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old Lhasa Apso dog. As you can well imagine they keep me very busy.

I am an honest and knowledgeable Recruiter with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and I am still as passionate about recruitment now, as I was all those years ago. I love the journey you go on with clients and candidates, developing long lasting and meaningful relationships and watching careers and businesses grow.

Outside of work I love musicals, gigs, and socialising in general with my husband Andy or other family and friends. I also have fabulous nieces and nephews, and I enjoy spending time with them whenever I can.

Now 21yrs in the recruitment industry and I love all things people, this is my true passion! Also, a qualified and accredited coach focusing on career and confidence which adds another string to my bow.

I’m married to Grant, and we love to travel, eat amazing food and see the world. The balance comes in the form of gym workouts, healthy eating and I love a good book.
