My client, a well established and successful recruitment business is looking to add a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to their Edinburgh Team.
Ideally you will have experience as a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant from a Construction discipline however all sector experience can be considered.
This is a busy and challenging role where you will be supporting the Director and the team in the white collar construction space. The role involves:
- Using various methods including Job Boards and LinkedIn to source candidates for permanent jobs
- Working with candidates to match them up to the right opportunity
- Introducing candidates to clients and dealing with the process through to offer stage
- Keeping in touch with candidates, updating on their availability and ensuring they come to you for their next job role
- Posting job adverts and other relevant articles to increase presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn
You will be working with an experienced and high performing Director who will support your training, development and career progression.
