For this role you must have a minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the White Collar Construction sector and this can be on a permanent, freelance or dual desk.
This is an outcomes based recruitment business where you are given full autonomy to run your desk, backed by the support, tools, and freedom you need to hit your numbers, and genuinely enjoy your work.
