This week is National Work Life Week. I have personally seen a difference in how businesses support and encourage their staff to have a good work-life balance, and long may that continue.
This is an opportunity for both employers and employees to focus on well-being at work/home working and work-life balance. Employers can use the week to provide activities for staff, and to showcase their flexible working policies and practices. Your employees are your business so make it count so everyone is happy!
