I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Resourcer / Labour Manager to join my client, an independent Recruitment Agency, based in the East End of Glasgow.
You will be working as part of a very busy team and will support the Directors on on the blue collar Construction and M&E side of the business. The role is varied and duties will include:
- Using a variety of methods to source suitably skilled candidates for job roles
- Ensuring all candidates have been registered and are fully compliant before starting work
- Providing assignment confirmation for both clients and candidates
- Updating with candidates regularly, developing trust and good working relationships
- Chasing timesheets and hours
- Dealing with any queries regarding assignments, payments etc.
- Working to ensure all shifts are filled by close of business daily
The ideal person will have experience of recruiting in the construction sector however, all sector experience can be considered.
