We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to support clients with interim Accountancy & Finance appointments. Previous experience within interim or contract recruitment is essential, and experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment would be a distinct advantage.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for interim Accountancy & Finance opportunities.
- Meeting with clients to take detailed job briefs and guide them confidently through the recruitment process.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with candidates through regular communication.
- Interviewing applicants to understand their experience, career aspirations, and motivations.
- Providing expert CV advice, career guidance, and thorough interview preparation.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience for both clients and candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
