I am working with a very successful and ambitious recruitment business, based in Milton Keynes and due to continued business growth, they are looking to add to their team of Account Managers.
This could suit someone who is working in a 360 recruitment role – temp, but would rather take a step back from the cold sales side or it may suit a Resourcer who is looking to move into a more client focussed role.
Working as part of a very busy and high performing team, your duties will include:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise revenue generation
- Contacting lapsed clients to renew relationships and generate business wins
- Visiting clients sites to meet with contacts and candidates and secure new leads.
- Following up leads with existing clients and passing new business leads to Business Development Team
- Passing any job requirements to Resourcing Team to fill
- Managing candidates who are working for your client base
- General administration and compliance duties related to your role
You must have experience of working in a recruitment role with a temp focus, ideally from the construction sector but other sectors will be considered. You must be confident in your ability to communicate, negotiate and deal with challenging situations both over the phone and in person.
