I am working with an established, successful and ambition recruitment business who operate in the Blue Collar Construction market and, due to continued growth, are looking to add a senior Recruiter to their team.
There is an opening for a Head of Delivery to join this business in Milton Keynes and manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Resourcers.
This is a key hire for the business and you will support the Owner/Director by successfully managing this team, driving revenue growth whilst maintaining quality standards.
You will ideally have experience of operating at a senior level in Construction Recruitment however, recruitment experience from other sectors will be considered. You must have the skills to manage a high performing team, with a main focus on temp recruitment. As well as working in a fast paced environment you will have the ability to manage processes, systems and compliance, which is extremely important in this sector.
