I have an excellent opportunity for a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant, to join my client at their Inverness office. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a business with ambitious plans and be part of their growth and continued success.
You will be joining an established and independent recruitment business who opened up their Inverness office at the start of this year. Due to the success of the Manager leading this sector, they are now ready to add someone to the team. The ideal person will have experience of recruiting in the blue collar trades and labour sector however other sector experience can still be considered.
This will be a fast paced and demanding role, however you will be fully supported by an experienced Manager who leads from the front and delivers results. The role itself will include:
- Sourcing new candidates and helping to build the database
- Developing good working relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
- Ensuring all candidates are compliant, in line with site and government legislation
- Mapping out new business opportunities
- Carrying out business development calls to win new business and increase market share
- Attending site visits
- Generating leads
- Administration as required
