I am working with a well established and successful Construction Recruitment business who now want to focus on developing their market share in Scotland.
I am looking for an experienced Recruitment Leader, from a Blue Collar Trades & Labour background to join their business to build their Scottish brand, increase market share and revenue whilst adding headcount and building high performing teams.
The business development in this role will all come from PSL clients and so it is more about visibility and relationship development rather than cold calling.
You will ideally be based in the Central belt as my client has an office in Glasgow. They have plans to open an office in Inverness or Aberdeen so people from those areas can also be considered.
This is an ideal role for an ambitious, delivery focussed Recruitment Manager who would like the opportunity to build this brand in Scotland.
