Our Edinburgh based client is looking for an ambitious 360 recruiter to join their high performing team based in Edinburgh.
This role would suit someone who has a proven track record of billings in a 360 role and who wants to join a thriving team who collaborate and celebrate success.
Duties will include:-
- Building and managing your own desk within Business support or contact Centre sectors.
- Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, client visits, and referrals.
- Leverage existing client relationships and warm leads to maximise business opportunities.
- Provide a high level of service to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed targets, with access to uncapped commission.

- A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Someone who can build lasting client relationships.
- Strong business development skills.
