We are looking for a driven and commercially aware New Business Development Executives, to join one of our recruitment clients who know that the market needs strong focused business developers to build their client base especially in these economically times.
Specialising in the industrial, logistics, and volume recruitment market, this role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who wants to step up and focus purely on business development, or for a recruitment agency team/divisional manager/senior consultant who is ready to move away from the day to day branch role and concentrate on building long-term client partnerships with no distractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the industrial, logistics and volume recruitment sectors.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and deliver sales strategies to support business growth.
- Manage the full business development cycle, from lead generation through to securing contracts.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure that the client gets the best service possible!
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment (industrial/logistics/volume markets preferred).
- Strong record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Ambitious, target-driven and motivated by success and commission.
- Confident to work independently while collaborating with the support teams.
