Recruiting Talent are partnering with a specialist Renewable Energy Recruitment agency based in Glasgow city centre. They are looking for their next talented Delivery Consultant to join their high-performing team who are collaborative, fun and a good bunch of recruiters who you will learn so much from. The role will be hybrid once you have earned your stripes and have an understanding of the industry and confident in what you are doing.
What’s the Role?
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, connecting top talent with some of the most exciting companies in the renewable energy sector. You will work closely with experienced recruiters, building candidate relationships, qualifying roles, and learning the full recruitment process from the inside out.
This is not a cold-calling sales job. Instead you will focus on building genuine relationships, understanding client needs, and filling live jobs.
You don’t need previous recruitment experience as they will give you all the training and support you need to succeed. However, what will help is if you have one of the following –
- Sales experience, or
- A recent degree (graduate), or
- Experience in customer service where you’ve engaged with customers over the phone
