You will be joining a very successful and well established business who operate in both blue and white collar construction. They have an opportunity for an experienced Trades & Labour Manager to join their Manchester office and develop and grow the business in the North West. You will be joining an established team of 6 who are a mixture of 360 Consultants and Delivery / Support Consultants. As well as managing and supporting the team you will lead and deliver the business development and revenue growth.
This business has exciting growth plans and you will have the chance to take the team to the next level, with autonomy to deliver results. There will also be an opportunity for you to become a shareholding Director after a qualifying period.
