Now, they are growing — and they are looking for an experienced recruiter to help shape the future of the team.
What you’ll be doing
This is a 360 role where you’ll own and grow your desk, backed by a supportive, high-performing team. You’ll:
- Drive revenue by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Win new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from brief to placement
- Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, hiring strategies and talent availability
- Mentor and support junior consultants
- Play an active role in shaping team strategy and growth
What we’re looking for
- Proven success in IT/Digital recruitment
- A strong track record of billing and business development
- A consultative, ethical and relationship-led approach
- Confident negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially focused
- Experience with CRM systems (Bullhorn ideal, not essential)
- An established network in the Scottish tech market is a bonus
