My client, based in North Lanarkshire, has an opening for a Recruitment Resource to join their team to support their clients in the Blue Collar Construction market. This is a very fast paced and busy role where your duties will include:
- Posting job adverts and reviewing responses, selecting suitable people for the job roles which would include; labourers, electricians and engineers
- Calling candidates and carrying out telephone screening interviews
- Sourcing candidates through live candidate database
- Selecting best candidates for job roles
- Providing information on job’s and companies to candidates
- Carrying out all required compliance
- Administration including updating notes on system and sending emails
You must have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with people on the phone. Previous recruitment experience is not required for this position.
