I am working with an established, successful and ambition recruitment business who operate in the Blue Collar Construction market and have now expanded into the USA covering White Collar Construction.
They have recently recruited a Head of Delivery to the lead the USA team and they are now looking to add Recruitment Consultants to this team.
The ideal person will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant in the white collar construction market in the USA however, this is a very specific skillset so Permanent Recruiters with professional and technical sector experience will also be considered for this.
This sector is relationship driven and requires Recruiters who are detailed and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions through their expertise.
This is an exciting time to join this team as they really do have ambitious growth plans. It is also a great market to be part of with excellent fees.
