We are looking for a driven and commercially aware Branch Manager to join one of our recruitment clients who know that the market needs strong focused leaders to build their client base and grow the team especially in these economically times.
Specialising in the industrial, logistics, and volume recruitment market, this role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who wants to step up and take that next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the industrial, logistics and volume recruitment sectors
- Recruit, develop, train and coach your own team so they can be a success in this industry
- Work with the national sales teams as you will be the expert for the Scottish region
- Manage the full profit and loss of the business
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure that the client gets the best service possible!
- Have fun along the way as this will be encouraged!
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment (industrial/logistics/volume markets with a minimum of 2 years experience)
- Strong record in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Ambitious, target-driven and motivated by success and commission
- Supportive leader who will look after your staff and get them to where they want be in their career
