I have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join my client, a UK based Civil Engineering Contractor on a permanent part time basis.
Due to continued demand, this business has decide to take on an Internal Recruiter to deal with vacancies directly but also to assist in the management of agency usage throughout the business, streamlining Terms and processes and ensuring the delivery of an efficient and successful recruitment provision.
This is a remote position, so you can be based anywhere in the UK however, you must be able to visit 2 to 3 sites per month, which may include overnight stays.
You will be covering white collar civil engineering permanent vacancies throughout the UK and must have relevant agency or internal recruitment experience to be considered for this role.
Flexibility is available and you will be required to work 24 hours each week but this can be split between 3 and 5 days to suit your personal circumstances.
