Recruitment Consultant

Recruiting Talent are delighted to be working in partnership with a recruitment agency based in Inverness who are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Associate to take lead within the Office Support division. The role will be to work with businesses throughout Inverness and the Highlands supporting them with their permanent recruitment requirements.

Due to the shortage of recruiters in the Highlands our client is open to other work experience and are happy to welcome applicants who have the desire to join the recruitment industry!

In short, joining as a Recruitment Associate or Recruitment Consultant this will mean you are joining a business that really cares about your development, progression and work/life balance! To be a success as a Recruiter, you will need to be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning.
