Our client, a very well established and successful recruitment business is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their team, based in Leeds
This role will be office based Monday to Thursday with the option of working from home on a Friday.
You will be joining a very successful business who are well respected in the market and have a strong presence throughout the UK. They are looking for someone to join them as a Temp Recruiter, specialising in the Maintenance & FM Trades & Labour sector. The role itself includes:
- Managing a Maintenance and FM Trades and Labour desk and placing candidates in temporary/contract roles
- Building and developing business through existing and new clients
- Carrying out business development through calls, meetings and various platforms including LinkedIn
- Increasing market share through business development, your network and by building strong working relationships
You will ideally have recruitment experience from the temp, Maintenance / FM sector however all sector experience can be considered. You must enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment, where hard work really pays off.
