Key Account Management: Work closely with existing key accounts within the UK, understanding their unique staffing needs and providing exceptional recruitment solutions.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sector. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to strategically position the company as a leader in the field.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through continuous communication and quality service delivery.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to source and attract top talent in the engineering and construction sector. Conduct interviews to match candidates with client requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless coordination in meeting client expectations and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK recruitment market, with experience in business development and key account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
In return you will receive:
- Basic salary £27500 – £35000
- Commission – industry leading, you can earn in excess of £100,000.
