I have an immediate opportunity for a Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join my client at their Glasgow location.
You will be joining a well established and successful recruitment business who are investing in the Scottish market and have exciting plans for growth.
This role will suit someone with experience of resourcing in a busy temp environment, ideally with experience of working in the Trades & Labour sector however, other sector experience can also be considered.
You will be supporting a Consultant and Business Manager and duties will include:
- Liaising with colleagues and clients to discuss vacancies and take details
- Sourcing candidates via various platforms to fill positions and build database
- Ensuring all candidate details are on system and all compliance is complete
- Developing good working relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing candidate workforce and dealing with any queries or issues efficiently
- General administration
