We are excited to be partnering with a small professional services agency who are ready to scale up in 2026 and are looking for their next 3 hires.

A bit more about the role – You will have a portfolio of clients where there is existing and established relationships and becoming their go-to recruiter. Depending on how you want to progress, this company will set out a tailored career plan with achievable targets and support you along the way.

They focus more time on their candidates and always put them at the forefront of what they do as candidates are everything to their success.

A bit about more about the Candidate Management side and what you would be doing –

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates within your market
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience, including interview preparation and follow up
 • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and always ask for referrals!
