We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-wide recruitment agency for an exciting On-Site Account Manager / Account Coordinator position based in Larkhall, Lanarkshire.
This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting candidates and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This role is focused entirely on account management and recruitment and there is no sales or business development requirement.
You will be responsible for managing a busy on-site account supplying approximately 70-80 temporary workers each week across warehouse, production and forklift truck roles for a long-established industrial client.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume temporary workforce of 70+ workers.
- Conducting candidate registrations and inductions.
- Carrying out return-to-work interviews and welfare checks.
- Building strong relationships with temporary workers and site management.
- Attending regular review meetings with the client.
- Ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance standards.
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns to maintain workforce levels.
- Supporting both industrial temporary and permanent recruitment requirements.
- Working closely with the wider recruitment team to ensure smooth site operations.
A bit more about what we are looking for
- Previous recruitment, account management, onsite, or workforce management experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A confident and resilient personality with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a key account.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
