I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Trades & Labour Recruiter to join my client, based in Aberdeen.
This role will suit someone who has experience of recruiting in the Construction Trades & Labour sector and who has built up an established network with strong working relationships.
Whilst there is support available around business development, this is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage incoming vacancies. You must be confident building client relationships, generating opportunities and growing a desk.
The role is office based with some flexibility and will involve regular client engagement and relationship management.
The ideal person will be operating at Senior Consultant level however, if you are a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career, I would still be keen to talk to you.
This is an area of growth for the business so someone at Recruitment Manager level can also be considered and salary can be negotiated.
