Our client is looking for a sales driven recruiter who wants to be out and about in front of customers and not behind a desk.
What you’ll be doing:-
– Owning your own BD Strategy and securing clients.
– Leading client meetings, investigating pain points and providing complete solutions.
– Working closely with a delivery recruiter to ensure success.
– Building deep, meaningful, long term relationships with hiring managers and decision makers.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in BD, who is used to selling complete solutions in front of senior Finance leaders. We are looking for someone self motivated, driven and commercially aware.
