I am looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager, from a Construction background, to join my client and drive business growth throughout Scotland.
This opportunity is a genuine business building role and the successful person will be an experienced leader who can establish, develop and grow a Construction division. You will work collaboratively with the group which will offer opportunity do deliver results internally as well.
You will have a strong track record of business development, client relationship management, team leadership and delivering growth within Construction recruitment.
Ideally you will be based in Aberdeen or the Northeast however you can be considered if you are elsewhere in Scotland. The longer term plan is to invest and develop the business from the North East.
You will be joining an established business and team with strong operational infrastructure, support functions, existing client relationships, and cross selling opportunities.
This role needs someone who can lead business development, increase market share and brand awareness and develop and build a successful recruitment team.
