They are now taking that next step and entering into the HR market as they are currently partnering with HR professionals and have started to build solid partnerships. In order for this to be a success, they are looking to hire an experienced HR Recruiter who wants to come on the journey where they will also have the opportunity to become a Director and for the right person shares within the business in the future.

This position would suit someone who is currently recruiting within the HR market as a Managing Consultant, Branch Manager or Divisional Manager and is looking for a free reign to grow something that you can be proud of, as well as being part of a business that will recognise your success and give you a part of it!
We are also open to speaking with recruiters who have recruited within HR within another professional services market. In addition this role is hybrid and is open to recruiters from anywhere in the central belt of Scotland.
