Our client, a very well established and successful recruitment business is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their team, based in either their Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee office.
This role will be office based Monday to Thursday with the option of working from home on a Friday.
You will be joining a very successful White Collar Construction team who are well respected in the market and have a strong presence throughout the UK. The role itself will include:
- Managing a warm Construction / Built Environment desk and placing candidates in freelance roles.
- Building and developing business through existing and new clients
- Carrying out business development through calls, meetings and LinkedIn
- Growing market share of business throughout Scotland
- Establishing yourself in the Construction recruitment market and strengthening both your personal and the company’s brand
The ideal person
- Recruitment experience would be ideal but a strong sales background also considered
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated by working in target driven environment with the ability to deliver
