Recruitment Consultant

Duties will include:-

Administration & Team Support

  • Managing candidate records and updating the CRM

  • Formatting CVs and preparing candidate profiles

  • Scheduling interviews and managing diaries

  • Posting job adverts and supporting general office tasks

Resourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Sourcing candidates using job boards, social platforms, and our database

  • Conducting screening calls and assessing candidate suitability

  • Building talent pipelines for key client accounts

  • Supporting senior consultants with live vacancies

Ongoing Development

  • Managing your own vacancies from brief to placement

  • Building strong client relationships and understanding hiring needs

  • Conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and delivering a high-quality service

  • Growing your desk and contributing to team success

What We’re Looking For

  • A driven, positive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Confidence, resilience and a proactive approach

  • Previous admin or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential
