Duties will include:-
Administration & Team Support

Managing candidate records and updating the CRM

Formatting CVs and preparing candidate profiles

Scheduling interviews and managing diaries

Posting job adverts and supporting general office tasks
Resourcing & Candidate Engagement

Sourcing candidates using job boards, social platforms, and our database

Conducting screening calls and assessing candidate suitability
-
Building talent pipelines for key client accounts
-
Supporting senior consultants with live vacancies
Ongoing Development

Managing your own vacancies from brief to placement

Building strong client relationships and understanding hiring needs
-
Conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and delivering a high-quality service
-
Growing your desk and contributing to team success
