Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting business development activities to build and maintain client relationships
- Interviewing and assessing candidates for suitability and fit within the manufacturing and engineering sector
- Collaborating with team members to meet recruitment targets and objectives
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing excellent service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the manufacturing and engineering industry
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ambition and drive to progress into a senior and potentially management role
In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, along with private healthcare coverage and fully paid team events. Additionally, for the first 3 months, there will be no threshold on the bonus structure.
