Senior Recruitment Consultant

I am delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a senior recruiter who ideally has experience of working senior/exec level roles. No sales or BD in this role but still a huge opportunity to earn exceptional commission. 

This role would suit someone from an in-house or agency background who has experience of working senior appointments and managing a robust recruitment process.

Whilst this role is not a business development role, the ability to guide senior level clients and candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process is essential. 

Duties will include:-

– Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.

– Head-hunting candidates for live open vacancies.

– Manage full recruitment process with client and candidate from job take to offer and beyond. 

– Establish solid client and candidate relationships.

– Effective account management.

Skills and Experience Required:-

– Degree Educated 
– Strong recruitment background (agency or in-house) 
– Commercially aware 
– First class communication and negotiation skills
