Senior Recruitment Consultant

Recruiting Talent are again delighted to be working in partnership, representing a Recruitment Business based in their Head Office in Glasgow City Centre. 

As a result of continued success our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant experienced within Commercial/Office Support as well as an opportunity for a Consultant that is looking to develop a new division within either IT/Tech 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about their sector, will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, supporting clients and developing new business.

Our client is open to experience across Temporary or Permanent Solutions.

Keys Duties:

Identify new business opportunities

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Screen candidates CV’s and job applications

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes for each role

Onboard all candidates following successful interview

Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process

Key Skills:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience, performing 360 role

Great people skills with an ability to present to clients in order win new business

Fully proficient in IT with attention to detail

Driving licence essential

Ability to develop key relationships

Passionate about the recruitment industry
