Do you know how to open the right doors and build relationships that lead to long-term business?
We are partnering with an established recruitment group to find a strategic business developer who can build major client relationships across its portfolio of brands.
This role goes beyond branch-level sales and local networking. You will engage with blue-chip organisations, understand their workforce challenges and bring together expertise from across the group to develop tailored recruitment solutions.
If this has got you interested, then read on…..
You will research target organisations, map decision-makers and build relationships with senior stakeholders. With sales cycles typically lasting up to 16 months, you will need the patience, commercial judgement and persistence to develop substantial opportunities over time.
Collaboration is central to the role, collaborating with teams across the group’s brands to strengthen existing relationships and win new business.
About you –
You will bring recruitment agency experience and a track record in strategic business development, national accounts or enterprise sales. Experience selling professional services, recruitment outsourcing or outplacement solutions would be particularly relevant.
You will be confident navigating complex organisations, engaging senior decisionmakers and managing a longer sales cycle. You will also enjoy the autonomy to plan your activity and take ownership of your pipeline.
